Role: Talent Acquisition Assistant Officer (Scheduling Support)

Overview of the opportunity:

The KJESS HR Talent Acquisition Assistant Officer is responsible for supporting the candidate interview scheduling process for requests received from US recruiters/stakeholders and perform outreach/communications to candidates in accordance with standard operating procedures provided by the US Experienced Hire Recruiting (EHR) team.

The Officer will report to the TA Assistant Manager and applies knowledge, independent judgment, and firm policies to complete moderate-to-complex interview scheduling requests.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field and 6+ months of work experience
• Highly organized in a high volume work environment
• Previous experience in a front-line customer service-oriented role preferred
