Conduent is now hiring Healthcare Associates and Technical Support Associates. The start date is in October 2024. Please read the job description for more details.
Conduent will be hosting a job fair on Wednesady September 18, 2024 between the hours of 9AM-2PM.
We are hiring Technical Support Chat agents to work in Kingston and Healthcare Associate to work in Portmore. Please see the requirements below for each position.
LOCATION: 10-16 GRENADA WAY, RKA BUILDING, NEW KINGSTON ( 5th floor)

- Proof of Qualification ( We accept a High School Certificate or 3 CXCS including English A or Heart Level 2 Certificate or City & Guilds English with 2 additional CXC subjects) Must have proof of qualification

Technical Support Chat Requirements ( Based in Kingston)
- Valid ID

- Proof of Qualification ( 3 CXCS or more including English Language)

- Full Flexibility to work any random 5 days of the week including public holidays
- Must be flexible to work any shift within a 24hr time frame
- Typing speed of 25 wpm with 90% accuracy is required
- Must be able to work onsite at the Kingston location
