As a Senior Sales Advisor, you will play a critical role in driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and mentoring junior sales team members. You will leverage your expertise to identify customer needs, deliver tailored solutions, and contribute to achieving team and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing outstanding customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Sales Performance: Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing a portfolio of clients and identifying new sales opportunities.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product features, industry trends, and market competition to deliver effective sales presentations and advise customers on best-fit solutions.
  • Mentorship: Assist in training, mentoring, and guiding junior sales staff, sharing best practices and promoting a positive team environment.
  • Negotiation and Closing:Responsible for the sourcing and coordination of leisure groups and MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, events) sales.
  • Data Management: Accurately track client interactions and sales activity in CRM software to ensure seamless follow-ups and performance monitoring.
  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to suggest adjustments to sales strategies.

 

The ideal candidate will have :

 

  • Previous experience in group sales and an already existing portfolio of corporate clients.
  • knowledge of marketing resources such as CVENT.
  • Has a Diploma in Sales and Marketing or Business Administration or related qualifications from a recognized tertiary institution
  • 2 – 3 years practical experience in Hotels/Resorts.
  • Experience in hotel group sales.
  • a valid Driver's License and motor vehicle.
  • A valid US Visa.
