KPMG Jamaica Extended Support Services (K-JESS), is seeking to hire a suitably qualified, competent, highly motivated, Senior Officer - Brand Management, for the Clients' and Markets team.

Brand Governance, Senior Officer


JOB SUMMARY: 

The JESS Brand Governance resources are responsible for performing various tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures provided by the US Clients’ JESS Brand Governance team including, but not limited to, review of marketing content and business relationship and logo requests to meet relevant firm policies, monitoring central Brand Governance and Quality Assurance mailboxes and associated tools to respond to queries, and helping to facilitate the naming review process.
The JESS Senior Officer reports primarily to the JESS Brand Governance and Management Team Lead but will also take direction from other Growth & Strategy Client team members who are accountable for supported work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Delivery 

Monitor 2 team central email boxes (Brand Governance and Content Quality Assurance inboxes) to respond to frequently.
asked questions, help requestors with status updates, and flag messages for escalation to the U.S. Brand Governance team.
Liaise with various internal stakeholders via email, including technical support, marketing project owners, and partner sponsors.
and risk reviewers on issues related to submissions to review platforms.
Act as an accredited reviewer of logo and web-linking requests received from third parties for the U.S. firm and escalate issues accordingly. 
Assist the Brand Governance team with miscellaneous administrative tasks on an as-needed basis (ex: assist with the tracking of metrics, maintenance of request logs, update of related guidance and intranet sites, etc.)

Stakeholder Relationship Management 
—Build and maintain positive relationships with internal peers and other colleagues, in ways that help to deliver the strategy, not just your personal objectives.
—Proactively share latest updates regarding tasks and JESS updates with client stakeholders at the monthly team meetings.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Accounting, Law, or another related field Insert minimum required experience and any area of specialization.
Three or more years of relevant work experience within marketing, compliance, accounting, information services, legal, or related role within a professional services firm or similar environment.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

—Expected to work in a fast-paced team environment
—Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to be using information systems for the entire workday to access data or perform activities
—May be required to work extended hours periodically or on public holidays
