Primary responsibilities include financial and valuation modelling of acquisition, disposition and development deals; research and analysis of real estate markets and economic trends; and general support for acquisition and development activities.
Job Title: Senior Investment and Risk Analyst
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Functions:
• Manage and coordinate all group wide deal acquisition and disposal transactions
• Prepare presentations for fund raising exercises as well as marketing materials related to these raises such as pitch books and deal sheets.
• Manage and coordinate monthly strategic reports for submission and presentation to the Executive Committee.
•Develop and maintain financial models and other analytical tools to track and report on the profitability of real estate investment deals, including rolling cash flow projections, return on investment (ROI) calculations, investor distributions, and scenario analysis.
• Research and analyse real estate industry trends, property market conditions, economic indicators, and regulatory changes that may have an impact on the Company’s real estate portfolio and business operations and to assist in the development and execution of Company-wide strategy.
• Develop relationships with Fund managers and work with industry professionals across various jurisdictions to drive deal creation and funding opportunities
• Prepare monthly risk assessment and internal audit reports for submission to the Executive Committee and recommend corrective actions and best practices to minimize risk exposure in the property portfolio.
• Conduct periodic reviews of the Company’s policies and procedure documents to identify operational risks and control deficiencies and recommend and implement updates and risk mitigation strategies.
• Develop and maintain risk monitoring tools and dashboards for the real estate portfolio and maintain a comprehensive enterprise risk register highlighting key risk indicators, emerging risks, and the overall risk profile of the Company. • Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements and internal policies and track the performance of loan covenants and identify potential problem areas.

Qualifications Education and Experience:
• Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Economics.
• CFA or Certification in Risk Management is preferred or pursuing.
• At least three years’ experience in finance, investment banking, risk management or credit analysis within the real estate, banking or insurance sector is ideal Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
