Senior Consultant, you'll advise clients on EPM projects, translating business requirements into effective CPM solutions, and guiding them through the full project lifecycle. You'll manage relationships, provide technical guidance, and continuously enhance your expertise.

Senior Consultant (REMOTE)

Under the Enterprise Performance Management Division the Senior Consultant will advise fast-growing companies and well-known enterprises on transformational enterprise performance management (EPM) projects using tools like OneStream XF, Oracle Hyperion, and Oracle EPM Cloud. Collaborate with leaders to support clients in the CFO, CAO, and CIO offices.

Your Impact

• Client Interaction: Translate clients’ business requirements into systems, applications, or process designs for CPM solutions.
• Deal Shaping: Support discovery, demonstrations, and analysis.
• CPM Solutions: Translate processes and requirements into CPM solutions, including system integrations and best practices.
• Client Preparation: Analyze business changes, define and deliver training, and execute testing plans.
• Project Delivery: Meet clients’ tactical and strategic requirements throughout the project life cycle.
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance during deployment and map planning, budgeting, and reporting requirements against applications.
• Relationship Management: Manage customer relationships, support, answer questions, and resolve issues.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate essential information, obtain team input, review open issues, and contribute to team meetings and reports.
• Continuous Learning: Participate in educational opportunities, self-study, and professional organizations.
• Data Management: Deliver projects in data management, governance, monitoring, controls, lineage, and mapping.
• Stakeholder Interviews: Identify process and data challenges, document, and present findings.
• Prototypes and Platforms: Develop analytical proof-of-concept prototypes or large-scale analytical platform implementations.
• Business Procedures: Develop procedures and policies for data accuracy and control.
• Documentation: Create model documentation, implementation roadmaps, and perform knowledge transfers.
• Operational Assessments: Analyze clients' processes, organization, and technology to determine optimal operating models.
• Cross-functional Work: Collaborate with different groups like accounting, FP&A, and operations.
• Training: Develop and conduct training for clients and teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• Implementation experience with Hyperion and/or Host Analytics.
• Experience in close consolidation and budgeting processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, IT, or related field.
• Data management and/or architecture experience.
• Experience presenting to the CXO suite.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Willingness to learn and teach others.
• Flexibility to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of OneStream XF, Oracle Hyperion, or Oracle EPM Cloud implementation experience.
• Knowledge of CP product interoperability and best practices.
• Expertise in business analysis and decision-making.
• Experience with strategic methods: BPR, process improvement, business case development, and organizational design.
• Six Sigma or PMP certification.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles (Waterfall, Agile).
• Experience analyzing client environments, including technology strategy, architecture, and business processes.
• Experience with data conversions, interfaces/integrations, reporting, and customizations.
