Position Overview:

The Security Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the security personnel, ensuring efficient manpower management, and maintaining a high level of service quality. The role requires close communication with clients, employee performance evaluations, and the strict enforcement of company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manpower Management: Oversee the scheduling, deployment, and daily supervision of security personnel to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency.
  • Client Reporting: Provide routine updates and reports to clients regarding security operations, incidents, and performance metrics.
  • Employee Evaluations: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement of staff and compliance with performance standards.
  • Policy Enforcement: Uphold and enforce the company’s policies, procedures, and code of conduct among all employees.
  • Incident Response: Manage and oversee responses to security incidents, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Training & Development: Coordinate training programs for security staff to ensure ongoing professional development and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • HSSE Awareness: Promote and ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental regulations, fostering a culture of safety within the team.
  • Operational Improvements: Identify and implement operational efficiencies and improvements in security operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Security Operations Manager role or a similar position.
  • Proven track record of effective manpower management and operational leadership.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.
  • HSSE knowledge is considered an asset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
