Sector Supply Chain Planning Manager - Caribbean Development Company Ltd.

JOB SUMMARY: 

• Leads the Sales and Operations Planning Process across all breweries in the Beverage Sector by ensuring robust business processes and coaching ofPlanners. Directs, controls andleadsSupply Planning of finished goods and materials(raw and packaging) to maintainoptimal inventory levels within agreed Stock Policies. 

REPORTING LINE: 

• The Sector Supply Chain Planning Manager reports to theSector Supply Chain Director. 

 MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:  

Sales and Operations Planning: 

• Assist in defining, standardizing and implementing demand planning best practices and business processes across the organization. 
• Ensurestheanalysisofsalesforecast andhistorical salesdatatosupporttimelypreparationof the rolling sales forecast monthly. 
• Partner withMarketing andSalestoensurethedemand consensus process deliversanagreed upon,workablevolumerollingforecast;ensuregapsandoverlapsareaddressed,scenariosare completed, and issues appropriately escalated to meet business objectives. 
• CollaboratewithInnovation,Marketing,Sales,Manufacturing,Quality,Logistics,Purchasing and Finance to ensure that critical information is available for review at the S&OP process meetings and to establish company's Supply plan. 
• Lead the S&OP management reviews, prepare alldataand metrics for review, identify gaps and scenarios that must be presented, guide final decision making onopen items and trade­ offs, and prepare escalations for Executive Review where appropriate. 
• Supports theinnovation process by including newmaterials into the inventory portfolio and pursuing timely deliveries to meet project timelines.
