Roles and Responsibilities:
- Planning and organizing sales efforts to help grow the business
- Delegating and ensuring team members are consistently engaging customers
- Generating reports and budget.
- Establish new accounts and leading team to help drive revenue
- Managing the work flow and communicating clear objectives
- Develop strategies and finding solutions to ensure target is met
- Setting sales quota and goals
- Monitor dispatch cycle and customer satisfaction
- Communicate with management as needed to maximize efficiency (verbal and written)
- Cultivate client relationship and partnership
- Structure Site Visit
- Ensure team members are in compliance with procedures to complete sales
- Make recommendation based on competitive research
- Continually assessing marketing technique, identify emerging markets and competitors and finding sales opportunities
- Maintain professional appearance and demeanor
- Monitor team strategies and reports, review procedures as necessary
- Interacting with support department to ensure service delivery
- Facilitate meeting to communicate department objectives
- Bridge the communication gap for execution of sales
- Prepare detailed documentation of processes being implemented and department Standard Operation Procedures
- Finding solutions for issues and meeting target
- Ensure that team members are in compliance with company rules and regulations.

Qualifications
- BSc Marketing or Equivalent
- Microsoft Office
Experience:
1-4 years sales and customer service experience
Skills Required:
MUST OWN AND OPERATE A MOTOR VEHICLE
