Job Summary:

Krishiv Jamaica Limited (KSV Gift and Souvenirs) is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting our range of unique gifts and souvenirs, and driving sales to meet company targets. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers, providing information about products and promotions
• Assist customers in selecting suitable gifts and souvenirs based on their needs and preferences
• Promote and upsell items to achieve sales targets
• Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals and seasonal promotions
• Ensure the store is well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing
• Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash or card payments
• Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
• Collaborate with team members to meet store objectives and deliver excellent customer service
• Participate in inventory management, including stock counting and replenishment

Requirements:

• Previous retail or sales experience is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven and motivated to meet or exceed targets
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and customer-focused environment
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and shifts as required
• High school diploma or equivalent
