POSITION: OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer Engagement: Organize daily schedule to visit and/or call existing and prospective customers to present, promote, and sell our products using compelling arguments.
• Reporting: Keep management informed with activity and results reports, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
• Market Research: Monitor the competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
• Relationship Building: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships to secure future sales.
• Sales Target: Work towards achieving assigned sales targets within the set schedule.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

• At least 3 years of relevant work experience (experience in a similar role is an asset).
• Valid Driver’s License

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
• Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Skilled in managing relationships and open to feedback.
