Job Overview:

Our E-bike Sales Representatives are tasked with ensuring that each driver ends up with the E-bike of their dreams. As motorbike trends go in and out of fashion, our sales rep. needs to stay in touch with the needs and wants of the customers in our area. Whether a person wants to test drive an E-bike or fit a helmet, sales reps need to be willing to work with a variety of customers. E-bikes are a symbol of independence and adventure. Our sales reps are expected to sell more than just inventory, but the dream of a life without boundaries. Sales Reps also have to be good at negotiating with customers to look after the dealership’s bottom line. Our team may be asked to promote specific packages, such as special warranties or upgrades. They’re expected to go the extra mile so our customers feel supported from all angles.

Responsibilities:

• Greeting and assisting customers
• Answering questions about E-bikes
• Providing guidance on what E-bikes will best fit the customer’s profile
• Coordinating test drives for prospective customers
• Meeting monthly sales expectations
• Maintaining cleanliness of the store
• Building strong relationships with clientele
• Learning about and mastering the technology of new inventory
• Negotiating prices and promoting dealership upgrades and packages

Necessary Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of vehicle sales experience
• Interpersonal skills and an ability to connect with customers
• Passion for motorbikes/e-bikes
• Motorcycle repair skills
• Riders license
• High school diploma
