Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Merchandiser/Promotion/ Sales  Representative to join our team. This role involves executing in-store promotions, sales, maintaining product displays, and ensuring optimal product placement to enhance sales and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail and a keen eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Merchandising:
  • Set up and maintain attractive product displays in retail locations.
  • Ensure products are well-stocked, organized, and properly priced.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
• Promotional Activities:
  • Implement promotional campaigns and events as directed.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to execute in-store promotions.
  • Gather feedback from customers regarding promotions and product offerings.
• Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and staff.
  • Provide training and support to retail staff on product features and benefits.
• Sales
  • Sell, deliver and monitor  sales and report daily
  • report on the effectiveness of merchandising strategies.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for product placement and promotions.
• Market Research:
  • Keep abreast of competitor activities and market trends.
  • Provide insights to management regarding customer preferences and feedback.

Qualifications:

• Minimum  Education requirements :Secondary school Cape Level passes  .
• Sales experience is an asset, minimum two years
• Previous experience in merchandising, retail sales, or promotions is a plus.
• Vehicle is an asset
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with retail management software.
• Willingness to travel to various retail locations as needed.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks as needed.
