Job Description:

As a Sales Executive at PeoplePlus, you will be responsible for driving new business development. Your role will involve identifying and seizing opportunities to enhance our client base through various sales strategies, including social media outreach, cold calling, networking events, and direct client engagement. You will be instrumental in nurturing and closing sales deals, managing sales cycles, and effectively communicating our value proposition to potential clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities and manage sales pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Implement targeted sales strategies to meet or exceed personal and team sales targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and support teams to deliver comprehensive HR solutions.
  • Provide exceptional, consultative client service to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Continuously learn about new HR trends and solutions to effectively tailor sales approaches.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and delivering on targets.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business owners and executives.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
  • Formal sales training certification is an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to a motor vehicle for client visits.
