 This role is being initially offered on a one-year contract.

Purpose of the role

To support the selling infrastructure by facilitating the service cycle for customer orders, from quotations to delivery and collections.

Principal Responsibilities

• Receive and accurately process customer orders and coordinate timely deliveries.
• Support collections effort through collaboration and communication.
• Keep sales teams and clients informed on new products and special offers.
• Monitor availability of key inventory and raise an early alarm for out-of-stock situations, and support forecasting activities.
• Coordinate the process of opening new accounts and reviewing existing credit limits.
• Facilitate reconciliation of client’s accounts where applicable.
• Relieve the Sales Representatives as may be required from time to time.

Minimum Education & Experience

• Associate Degree in Agriculture, Business Administration or equivalent.
• At least one (1) years’ experience in a similar capacity.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word).
• Working knowledge of Power BI will be considered as an asset.
