The Sales Associate is required to expand the membership base of the Credit Union by actively interacting with new and potential members.

Actively seeking out new opportunities and reinforce existing relationships with members within identified geographical regions.
• Onboarding of new members and engage existing members, with a focus on reinvesting in PSCU’s products.
• Assist members with diversification of product portfolio.
• Assist with achieving sales goals and objectives as directed by Business Development Officer (BDO).
• Effectively sell new and existing products and services to new and existing members.
• Facilitate cashless transactional activities through the outreach programmes and in office as required
• Assist with conducting market research for the pursuant of new and existing business opportunities.
• Assist with the following up of referrals and new leads and closing sales obtained by Business Development Officer (BDO) and/or the Sales and Marketing lead.
• Scheduling and meeting new/existing members.
• Assist various branches with transactional activities.
• Represent the organisation at seminars and other events
• Develop and deliver presentations to educate/sell to potential members.
• Perform other related duties.
