SALES ASSOCIATE POSITION COMPETITIVE WEEKLY SALARY $300-400BSD COMPETITIVE WEEKLY COMMISSIONS

Qualifications/Requirements: 

 *THIS POSITION REQUIRES YOU TO BE RESIDING IN THE BAHAMAS*

1. Education/Experience: Previous retail sales experience preferred with a minimum of four passes including Math and English at BJC/BGCSE.
2. Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
4. Ability to effectively communicate with customers, peers, and management.
5. Ability to communicate on the telephone with proper etiquette.
6. Mathematical Skills: Basic math functions such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
7. Ability to use a calculator and calculate percentages and ratios.
8. Reasoning Ability: Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business.
9. Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision.
10. Other Skills: Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
