The Sales Associate is responsible for the strategic growth and development of designated Brands and sales representatives within Abel Building Solutions.
Job Description:
Work closely with Sales Managers to achieve targeted market share.
Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients
Conceptualize, present and implement marketing and sales strategies that would ensure brand presence in accordance with company’s annual objectives.
Maintain constant interaction with all stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Provide fact-based analytical information to support budgets, sales initiatives and strategic growth initiatives of the Brand.
Work with the Sales & Marketing team to ensure the execution of tactical and strategic marketing activities (promotions, displays, trade shows, PR).
Ensure adherence to the Brand’s Corporate identity across all Product Centers, Franchises and Dealer networks.
Conduct analysis of market scenario, including competitor products and prices, and develop and update product line information accordingly.
Conduct all sales and product training on the Brands on a regular basis.
Responsible for submitting all reports on the Brands to Sales Managers and executives.
Perform any other related duties that may be assigned by your management line to ensure the effective operation of the department.
Education and Experience Requirements:
Degree in Marketing, Sales or Business Administration.
At least five (5) years’ experience in Marketing and Local Sales.
Exposure to construction sector would be an asset.
Knowledge/Ability to sell.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite & Microsoft AX.
