STAFF MANAGER

To provide administrative support related to all HR areas. The Staff Manager duties will include assisting with recruitment and onboarding, maintaining accurate employee records and managing internal and external communications for the department.

JOB DUTIES:

• Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
• Ability to navigate recruitment platforms.
• Assisting with coordinating orientation and training sessions for new hires.
• Design and implement employee retention strategies.
• Analyze trends in compensation and benefit packages.
• Monitor staff facilities and oversee employee benefits such as Health and Life Insurance, Transportation etc. 
• Oversee payroll processes and employee attendance. 
• Assist with generating the various HR KPI's reports.
• Assist with training and staff engagement activities as well as conducting training analysis.
• Complete benchmark for compensation packages for all positions in the industry.
• Investigate employee complaints and conflicts and brings them to resolution.
• Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team.
• Ensuring compliance with employment and labor laws.
• Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently and ensure management is fully aligned with the company’s goals.  
• Managing and coordinating schedules for the Talent and Culture department, including meeting and events.

JOB PROFILE:

• At least 4-5 years of experience in role or similar position.
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or Hospitality and Tourism Management.
• Certification in Industrial Relations
