JOB SUMMARY

The SME Tele - Sales Agent will be required to sell Amplia’s suite of SME products and services.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Accountable for the growth of new business customers.
  • Accurately records prospect information and maintain database.
  • Accurately records customer orders and application forms and prepares business contracts.
  • Achieves sales objectives while providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for executing sales strategies to receive new customer business through registration and sign-ups via outbound calls.
  • Performs cold calls to introduce customers to new business packages.
  • Prepares RFPs for relevant services for prospective clients.
  • Provides relevant responses to customers’ concerns, service requests and enquiries.
  • Works in partnership with all other departments to continually increase revenue and meet objectives.
  • Assists with the preparation of bids as needed.
  • Performs any other duties and responsibilities as required.

 MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 5 CXC/GCE O 'levels including Mathematics and English Language.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Tele - Sales environment.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales target.
  • Available to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Industry knowledge will be an asset.
