Kiss Baking Company (Jamaica) is seeking to recruit a Sales Analyst who will  assist the Distribution Manager in the daily monitoring and analysis of sales related activities.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Prepare sales reports.
• Review sales reports and identify unusual trends for further discussion and analyses.
• Conduct audits of routes and maintain customer listing.
• Coordinate the completion of vehicle accident insurance forms.
• Coordinate sponsorship requests.
• Coordinate and monitor advertising and promotion activities for sales team.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent time management skills.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel
• Ability to pay attention to details.
• Excellent ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Ability to work on initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of an Associate Degree or equivalent qualifications.
• Minimum of 1 year working experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in an FMCG would be an asset.
