Research and Development Chemist

The R&D Chemist is responsible for conducting research and development activities in support of the company's products and services. The chemist will be responsible for developing new products, improving existing products, and ensuring the quality of products.

Main Job Tasks, Duties, and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct research and development projects to develop new products and improve existing products.
2. Perform laboratory experiments to test new products and processes.
3. Analyze data and results to identify trends and opportunities.
4. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
5. Work with engineers, scientists, and other technical experts to develop new products and processes.
6. Comply with all applicable safety and government regulations related to research and development.
7. Developing and maintaining budgets for research and development.
8. Analyzing financial data to track the success of research initiatives.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in research and development.
• Strong knowledge of chemistry and chemical principles.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proven ability to conduct research and develop new products.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with laboratory equipment and software is a plus.
