Now Hiring Full Time Recruiting Coordinator

Objectives of this role

  • Support the hiring team with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding activities
  • Facilitate a smooth hiring process for both the hiring team and job applicants
  • Maintain the hiring department’s high degree of organization and efficiency by exhibiting meticulous attention to detail
  • Send communications materials, emails to candidates, and offer and rejection letters
  • Collaborate with the hiring team to carry out streamlined onboarding processes
  • Research and recruit candidates to widen the qualified applicant pool
  • Responsibilities

    • Perform clerical duties like emailing, handling paperwork, and processing background checks
    • Review applications and screen candidates
    • Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates
    • Maintain an accurate, organized, and detailed candidate database
    • Update reporting as needed
    • Assist candidates during the interview process, answering questions and providing them with key materials
    • Responsible for the candidate experience upon hire to day one
    • Partner with other departments as needed

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Strong knowledge of current HR practices, procedures and theory related to recruitment and selection
    • Minimum 2 years full cycle recruiting experience in a high volume, fast paced environment is required.
    • Excellent consultative, strategic thinking, problem solving, influential and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent communication skills, social skills and a high sense of emotional intelligence
    • Somebody who is passionate about the candidate experience and understands the value of service
    • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to balance multiple priorities & manage time effectively 
    • Advanced proficiency in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
    • Schedule Flexibility and the ability to work outside of normal business hours
      • High School Certificate /Degree preferred or related recruitment training/ 3 CSEC City & Guilds Level 3
      • Prior Administrative experience
      • Prior experience in a multi-national or global organization, ideally the call center industry
      • Proof of qualifications:  ID, TRN, NIS
