Rockhouse Hotel is an expanding boutique hotel located on the cliffs of Pristine Cove in Negril. The Rockhouse delivers an excellent hotel experience with a laid back atmosphere.

RESTAURANT MANAGER

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Effectively manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure efficient and optimum performance of staff and systems.
• Ability to identify & delegate responsibilities to F&B team to ensure objectives are met & excellent customer service is consistently achieved.
• Manage the restaurants to meet or exceed standards in food quality, safety & cleanliness.
• Demonstrate effective people management skill to ensure resolution of problems in a timely manner, while exercising tact and confidentiality
• Profit-oriented and driven by revenue generation through outstanding guest experiences. 
• Computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
• Demonstrate flexibility and the ability to work on weekends and public holidays as required.

Education/Experience Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management or other tertiary or secondary level accreditation in related field 
• Minimum 2 years work experience in the advertised capacity
