As a Survey Specialist, your role will be to support our Organizational Effectiveness team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining surveys and dashboards using the Qualtrics EX platform. This includes creating surveys for employee engagement, lifecycle, and 360 feedback. Your work will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of surveys and delivering actionable insights. This supports KPMG's Continuous Listening strategy, which guides the people's experience for all our partners and employees.
Design and build surveys using the Qualtrics platform, ensuring a user-friendly and engaging experience for respondent
Maintain documentation for file management, systems and processes related to survey processing and related activities.
Update and maintain existing surveys and dashboards as needed
Design and build interactive dashboards to visualize survey results and key metrics
Create and manage survey participant lists and directories and ensure proper targeting of survey invitations and reminders.
Implement advanced survey features such as skip logic and embedded data.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant work experience
