Maintain the company's food safety and quality assurance standards and documentation readiness for audits.
Ensure that all products meet local and international food safety (HACCP) and quality standards
Ensure that all the necessary checks, inspections and other monitoring actions are completed at the assigned frequency and properly documented to give assurance that the Food Safety and Quality System standards are effective and being adhered to.
Ensure that all products are stored, processed, packaged, and distributed at the food safety and quality standards of the Company, as well as local and international standards.
Supervise and train team on quality assurance best practices, quality inspection procedures, good manufacturing, and housekeeping practices.
Conduct hazard analyses, identifying critical control points and establish critical limits.
Validates quality processes by establishing product specifications and quality attributes; measuring production; documenting evidence; determining operational and performance qualification.
