Promotions and Entertainment
The Entertainment & Promotion Manager has the primary objective to deliver the BEST.DAY.EVER experience for all guests. The role includes two areas of responsibility:
(i) Direct management of the Promotions & Entertainment team when on property. (ii) Direct management of the Promotions & Entertainment team when on hotel site.
Both areas require the co-creation, planning, scheduling and execution of all permanent activations, promotions and special events as well as the permanent review, optimization and improvement of all activities.He/she is expected to directly supervise the Promotions& Entertainment team as well as collaborate with various cross-functional teams and Head of Departments (Training & Entertainment,Sales, Marketing, Maintenance) in order to ensure the excellence of in-house and on-hotel-property execution in accordance to pre-defined guidelines and standards.

• Ability to function and manage in non-standard situations with limited guidelines, where independent judgment is required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Level of seniority allowing business conversations with hotel Entertainment Managers and relevant stakeholders within company.
• Must present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality, while projecting a professional appearance.
• Excellent understanding of food & beverage theme operations
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelors’ degree in Marketing or close capacity.
• Must have a minimum of five years of Promotions / Entertainment / Food & Beverage experience, there of at least two years in a senior position and within a high paced, high volume property.
• A proven track record of delivering amazing experiences to guest within the F&B / hospitality industry, resulting in increased revenues for the property.
• Must be able to relocate to the proximity of the venue if necessary.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
