Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for supporting the Project's Director in the delivery of projects and facilitating the achievement of the intended benefits as part of the organization's key strategic objectives.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES

• Schedule and participate in projects meetings.
• Prepare, dispatch and update action items as assigned arising from meetings or as instructed by the Projects Director, supporting project teams with information as necessary.
• Update project documentation in the various databases ensuring that the most current information is available.
• Liaise with external vendors/suppliers and VIP Attractions Ltd contracted partners following up on orders and organizing delivery as guided by the Project Director.
• Execute request for security access permits, preparing and submitting the necessary documentation as per established policies and procedures.
• Execute any other job related duties assigned by the Director of Projects.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of three years’ experience in coordinating or administering projects within a team; at least 2 years’ experience with construction projects would be an asset.
• Formal Project Management Training.
• Project Management Certification.
