The Project Delivery Lead is responsible for the delivery of an integrated Engineering, Procurement and Project / Construction Management Services

Massy Wood is currently recruiting for Project Delivery Lead with extensive experience in Project Management within the Oil and Gas Industry.

The Project Delivery Lead is responsible for the delivery of an integrated Engineering, Procurement and Project / Construction Management Services and shall function in a secondment role to client facilities with the intent of defining and management of engineering and execution of projects.

Key Duties:

• Awareness, understanding and compliance with the Business Policies and Procedures.
  
• Awareness of Client processes and procedures to aide in the definition, integration and execution of work.
• Awareness, understanding and delivery of Contractual obligations set out in the individual service Contracts.
• Set direction, priorities and establish boundaries for Project Team responsible for the delivery of a complete product to the Client, including Engineering, Procurement, Construction and third Party.
• Act decisively and demonstrate drive and determination in the performance management of all aspects associated with scope definition and management of EPC Delivery to the client post engagement.
• Ensure that skilled resources are engaged in the development of realistic risk-based schedules and the control of costs, and that progress is measured, and accurate reports generated for the various work programs.
• Take personal responsibility for promoting and driving continuous improvement activities within all aspects of the business and within reasonable spheres of influence.
• As the Client point of contact actively seek to develop and maintain business relationships based on open and honest communication, accurate reporting and underpinned by reliable proactive performance, expectation management and earned respect. Speak out and do the right thing for MASSY Wood and its Clients.
• Motivate and develop a high performing team with a ‘be safe’ and ‘mistake free’ culture.
• As a representative of Massy Wood, manage reputation and risks to ensure a continuous and safe business delivery on behalf of the client.
• Demonstration of experience with management of onshore piping and tank design and construction scopes
• Experience in onshore design and construction of terminal piping systems and storage tanks are positive assets.
