The Product Analyst will enhance the conceptualization, development, and optimization of JN Bank’s products. This role involves planning, organizing, and controlling product lines to maximize profitability and meet marketing, financial, and corporate growth objectives. Additionally, the Product Analyst provides support to the customer loyalty function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Plan Development
- Participate in overall product strategy and market research.
- Coordinate product development and release to market.
- Conduct competitive and marketing analysis.
- Collaborate with various departments to improve product onboarding and user experience.
How Success is Measured:
- Timely attendance and contribution to planning sessions.
- Monthly market trend reports submitted on time.
- Competitive analysis reports delivered as per schedule.
- Product/Service Development
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, IT, and other units for product definition.
- Provide financial and marketing justification for product selections.
- Develop and coordinate product lifecycle plans.
How Success is Measured:
- Product definitions and justifications submitted as needed.
- Development plans submitted quarterly.
- Product/Service Performance & Training
- Manage daily product progress.
- Develop and update customer and market requirements.
- Provide expertise and training to support product development.
- Identify third-party partnership opportunities.
How Success is Measured:
- Weekly progress reports completed.
- Customer and market requirements updated quarterly.
- Monthly evaluation reports completed.
- Customer Loyalty Support
- Maintain records and agreements for JN Rewards.
- Submit and support customer loyalty campaigns.
- Report on the performance of the loyalty program.
How Success is Measured:
- Agreements updated and maintained in good standing.
- Quarterly proposals submitted on time.
- Monthly performance reports on the loyalty program delivered.
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Development, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in product development.
