Process Analyst

Cornerstone Trust & Merchant Bank Limited invites suitably qualified candidates to apply for the role of Process Analyst.

Scope of Work

• Support process owners in identifying triggers for process and/or procedural change.
• Conducting integrated change impact assessments
• Lead information gathering and validation sessions as required.
• Create or modify process maps and standard operating procedures as required.
• Analyze existing processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Align with and enhance the existing Process Classification Framework
• Creation of framework for establishing a Business Process Management centre of excellence

Skill and Competence

• Proficient in the use of BPM tools
• Experienced in the use of Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN)
• 3-5 Years of experience in Business Process Management
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to organize and prioritise concurrent tasks
• Knowledge of the local financial services sector and regulations, preferably digital banking (desirable)
