PURPOSE OF THE JOB

With comprehensive knowledge of Lab Medica / Health Net's services and processes, the PBX operator / Social Media Professional will act as a liaison for the Marketing Department to provide information, answer customer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The position will be a subject matter expert in digital strategies, striving to optimize lead generation, nurturing, and conversion through various digital media campaigns and landing page tests.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES 


  • Managed and delivered prompt and professional solutions to customer inquiries via phone and email.

  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers when appropriate.

  • Follow up promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Provide quick and effective communication of customer issues to superiors.

  • Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals.

  • Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g., website, blogs, press releases, and podcasts).

  • Manage end-to-end digital projects.

  • Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness.

  • Maintain a strong online company voice through social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).

  • Liaise with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency.

  • Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability.

  • Stay up-to-date with digital media developments.

  • Any other related duties assigned from time to time.


ABILITIES, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • A minimum of three (3) years’ relevant experience 

  • Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications 

  • Strong ability to operate Canva, AdobeAI and other software applications utilized by the company

  • Industry knowledge will be an asset. 

  • Intense multitasking & time management skills 

  • Strong customer service orientation
