Villa Manager Overview

The Villa Manager is responsible for the flawless operation of a luxury 5-star villa, delivering an unparalleled guest experience from arrival to departure. This role demands a  professional with a proven background in managing high-end properties and catering to VIP and high-net-worth clients. The Villa Manager will oversee all aspects of villa management, including food & beverage service, staff coordination, inventory management, and the meticulous care of the villa's exquisite furnishings décor and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. Address all guest requests, inquiries, and complaints with immediate and discreet attention, maintaining the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Team Coordination: Efficiently manage and communicate with both local and international staff. Oversee staff performance, provide necessary training, and ensure that the team adheres to the highest standards of luxury service.
  • Villa Maintenance: Ensure meticulous care of the villa and its high-value furnishings and equipment. Respond promptly and effectively to any maintenance issues or guest needs.
  • Food & Beverage Management: Oversee the provision of high-quality food & beverage services, ensuring a refined dining experience that meets the expectations of discerning guests.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain and manage an accurate inventory of all villa supplies, furnishings, and equipment. Ensure that all items are accounted for and that the villa is fully stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Privacy and Discretion: Understand and respect the need for utmost privacy and discretion, particularly when dealing with high-profile guests.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in guest communication platforms and administrative tasks.
  • Previous experience in managing VIP clientele experiences is essential

 Qualities:

  • Friendly, approachable, and adaptable, with a strong leadership presence.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every aspect of the villa meets the highest standards.
  • Comfortable interacting with VIPs and high-net-worth individuals, providing personalized and discreet service.
  • International travel experience is a plus, reflecting a global understanding of luxury service.

 Junior Accountant 

  • The ideal candidate will possess the following:
  • An Associate or First Degree in Accounting or alternate Accounting qualification
  • A minimum of 2 years continuous experience in accounting.  Experience in the hospitality sector is an asset
  • Excellent computer skills with a good working knowledge of QuickBooks and Oasys or other similar accounting and payroll software
  • Detail- and deadline-oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • High level of confidentiality, reliability and responsibility
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends.

 Information Systems Administrator 

  • Competency in Networking, Virtualisation and General Computer and Server Maintenance.
  • The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Products, i.e. Server 2008, 2012, Desktop and MS Office Suite
  • Manage a multi homed network that consists of both PC and McIntosh systems
  • Provide user support to staff, management and guests
  • Have good interpersonal skills

Job Responsibilities

  • Prepare food orders in a timely and organized manner.

About the job

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment efforts, new hire orientation and onboarding, employee termination, payroll and benefits, company policy and procedure adherence. The Human Resource Generalist will be responsible for leading the day-to-day HR support to internal customers within the organization focusing on employee relations, investigations, training, and coaching/counseling. In addition, you will build strong relationships with our company's managers in order to help them with their human resource needs.

Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding efforts and employee termination process

  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration
  • Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and legal Responsibilities
  • Oversee full-cycle of recruitment efforts
  • Contribute to the development of a culture of equity, diversity & inclusion and overall employee experience
  • Aid in supporting the delivery of key HR processes (e.g., performance support, employee movement, leadership coaching, etc.)
  • Support the continuing transformation of HR via HR process development & implementation, continuous best practice & automation improvements
  • Assists with Merger and Acquisition process for employee integration
