We are seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to fill the roles of Ramp Agents & Aircraft Groomers for our aviation company located in Montego Bay.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Safely load and unload baggage, cargo, and supplies from aircraft, ensuring proper handling of fragile or oversized items.

• Operate ramp-servicing vehicles and equipment to facilitate efficient aircraft turnaround while maintaining safety standards.

• Assist in pushing aircraft back from gates, and ensuring smooth aircraft movement on the ramp.

• Perform detailed cleaning of aircraft interiors, including the removal of trash, wiping down trays, seats, armrests, and other surfaces.

• Conduct a final walkthrough of the aircraft to ensure it meets cleanliness and safety standards before departure.

• Maintain a strong focus on safety protocols, ensuring all activities are performed in accordance with company and aviation safety standards.

• ACADEMIC & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• Must possess a minimum of 3 CXCs
• Experience in a similar capacity is an asset.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and a team-oriented individual
