Marketing and Sales Assistant

We are hiring a Marketing and Sales Assistant for our client.

Job Responsibilities:

Marketing and Social Media Management:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans, campaigns, and strategies.
• Assist in creating and scheduling and posting  engaging content for digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and the company website.
• Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using relevant analytics tools.
• Collaborate with the design team to create marketing materials such as banners, advertisements, and promotional materials.
• Assist in the organization and participation in events, book fairs, and other promotional activities.
• Engage with readers and respond to inquiries and feedback on social media and other communication channels.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities.
• Assist in the creation of marketing reports and presentations for the management team.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in publishing and marketing.

Inside Sales:

• Sell the company’s educational products across the Caribbean using various communication channels.
• Generate new business leads and follow up on leads generated through company programs.
• Handle customer queries and provide sales reports.
• Recommend new ways to improve and increase business.

Catalog and Sample Management:

• Determine catalog and sample needs, and efficiently order, receive, and disseminate to customers.
• Follow up with customers to gather feedback and retrieve samples.
• Create a system for monitoring and tracking samples.
• Organize and store samples in an orderly fashion, ensuring accessibility and tidiness.
