Full-Time | Remote The ideal Marketing Operations Manager will have a strong background in strategic planning, project management, and digital marketing. He/she will have a proven track record in driving efficient marketing operations and managing dynamic teams in an agile environment

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Strategic Planning, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 7+ years in marketing with team management experience.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken); additional language a plus.
  • Strong background in agile marketing strategy and process implementation.
  • Expertise in data analytics, identifying process improvements, and developing innovative solutions.
  • Proven ability in competitive and strategic research.
  • Experience in designing and implementing operational processes.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise the marketing team to ensure seamless execution across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Plan, implement, and oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns, adhering to budgets and timelines.
  • Define and monitor KPIs to evaluate and optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Develop strategic marketing plans aligned with business goals and ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for maximum ROI.
  • Utilize data analytics tools for performance measurement and reporting, providing insights for future strategies.
  • Optimize marketing technology tools and processes for improved efficiency.
  • Drive lead generation and execute client onboarding, website development, and digital campaigns.
  • Maintain high service standards, including content quality, social engagement, and customer support.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive strategies.
  • Mentor the marketing team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Communicate marketing strategies, performance, and insights to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
  • Oversee brand management, compliance with relevant regulations, and implementation of best practices across the organization.
