he JESS Manager, Data Analysis supports the Client’s Enterprise Contracting Data Analytics Center (ECDAC) technology strategy by leading data-driven initiatives and driving strategic insights through the proficient analysis of complex datasets.

The JESS Manager, Data Analytics will be responsible for developing, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating quality and training processes within the Enterprise Contracting Data Analytics Center process area and will take the lead on continuous improvement initiatives, under the direction of the Senior Manager, Growth, Strategy & Advisory Services.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Delivery

• Apply a thorough understanding of data and analytics to lead the data visualization program for the Enterprise Contracting Data Analytics Center (ECDAC), creating visually compelling dashboards that effectively communicate complex analytical findings to the Enterprise Contracting Center (ECC) leadership team as well as various engagement teams (Federal, State, and Commercial), enabling them to make data-driven decisions.
• Manage efforts to extend the existing reports and dashboards to support the entire ECC organization and contribute to the strategic decision-making process.
• Continually improve infrastructure designs by managing a variety of data automation projects.
• Manage the data analytics team in maintaining a portfolio of automations, reports, and dashboards, ensuring that updates are made to the portfolio in accordance with stakeholders' requests.
• Regularly and effectively interface with KPMG business partners and professionals regarding execution of responsibilities and to drive desired outcomes.
• Oversee work product(s) and lead entire small projects, managing deadlines, expectations, and oftencontributing to staffing decisions and supervising the work performed by junior staff.
• Support the design and operation of KPI and ROI processes, including data flows, issues management, reporting production and cascading insights to relevant stakeholders.
• Support the management of delivery teams including people, process, and technology requirements.
• Perform quality control for accuracy in accordance with quality review standards and conduct quality reviews of team members’ deliverables, ensuring they meet Client’s expectations and deadlines.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

•  Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics or Information Technology with specialization in data analytics.

•  5-7 years’ experience managing direct reports.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Power BI required.

• High proficiency in data visualization and automation tools – Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx.

• A minimum 7 years’ experience in in data preparation, operational and management reporting, business intelligence, dashboarding, and ad hoc analytics.
