KPMG Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS), provides office extension support services in the JESS Operations to KPMG in the US and is seeking to hire suitably qualified, competent, highly motivated Officers, Advisory OES for the JESS Advisory team.

OVERVIEW:

KPMG Jamaica has a delivery center named “Jamaica Extended Support Services (JESS)” operating from Kingston, which is contracted to provide back-office support to its member firm KPMG United States (“the Client”).  The Clients’ Advisory function is expanding operations at JESS to support the Advisory Opportunity and Engagement Set-up (OES) process area.  Team members within the delivery center will work with Client’s stakeholders under a team extension model to support the Client’s back-office operations.

​The Clients’ Advisory Opportunity and Engagement Set-up team works closely with the Client’s service delivery teams to manage key administrative and compliance activities within the Opportunity and Engagement Support lifecycle. This position applies knowledge, judgment, analytical and communication skills, and the Client’s policies to complete moderate to complex customer service processes.

 

JOB SUMMARY:

As the Manager, Opportunity and Engagement Set-up (OES) , you  will  ensure service delivery in line with operational and contractual performance standard and manage strategic initiatives while assisting the client service team with completing all opportunity and engagement opening processes. You will efficiently complete all assigned tasks while overseeing team members. The Opportunity & Engagement team is responsible for creating and maintaining new entities/opportunities, pricing workbooks, generating client & engagement acceptance requests, and collaborating with Client’s internal stakeholders to manage engagement set-up activities such as opening engagement codes, etc. This team will interface constantly with senior leaders of the Client Service delivery teams including Partners and Managing Directors (MD).

​The Manager, Opportunitty & Enagagement Support reports primarily to the JESS Advisory, Strategy and Transformation Operations Associate Director but will also take direction from other Advisory Client team members who are accountable for supported work.
