Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate with internal drivers and external delivery providers to schedule and optimize the delivery of orders island-wide.
  Track and monitor the status of outbound deliveries.
• Address any issues or delays in transportation.
• Collaborate with the quality assurance/management team to ensure products being delivered meet standards.
  Conduct inspections of outgoing deliveries to verify conformity.
• Ensure delivery documents are compliance with internal procedures.
• Communicate with internal teams, including sales, warehouse and customer service on any delays or challenges in making a delivery.
  Provide updates to customers regarding the status of their shipments.
• Address and resolve any issues related to outbound logistics.
  Investigate and resolve customer complaints or inquiries.

Performance Analysis

• Monitor key performance indicators related to outbound logistics.
• Implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

Financial Responsibilities

• Ensure the most effective use of resources in support of business objectives.
• Managing a team of contractors to ensure that jobs are completed within budget parameters
• Assist in identifying and implementing innovative ways to add value and reduce costs
• Assist in the development and monitoring of the budget
• Attain budget goals by analyzing and evaluating expenses and financial statements
