Legal Secretary 

  • General drafting and typing (letters, correspondence)/document preparation in an accurate, timely and attractive manner.
  • Performance of general secretarial duties in an effective and efficient manner.
  • Saving of letters and documents in relevant Drive or folders on the server in order to enable easy traceability.
  • General answering, making and transferal of telephone calls in a timely, polite and professional manner.
  • Performing duties as Receptionist and telephone operator in a polite, cordial and professional manner from time to time as requested by the Managing Partner or Human Resource partner.
  • Procurement of accounts information from accounts department for preparation of pro forma and  tax invoices for billing in a timely and accurate manner, for efficient closing of files during each month and more specifically at month-end.
  • Taking of dictation in a timely and accurate manner on request.
  • Filing of documents efficiently and effectively to enable easy traceability.
  • Photocopying, faxing and e-mailing of documents in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Opening, recording and/or routing of mail on request in a timely manner.
