The JESS Learning Management resources are responsible for performing various tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures provided by the Clients’ Learning Management team including, but not limited to daily processing, research, and quality assurance of incoming requests documents, emails, and/or reports.​

The JESS Junior Officer  reports primarily to the JESS Learning Management Team Lead but will also take direction from other HR Client team members who are accountable for supported work.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Service Delivery

• Review the documentation submitted by the Client’s employees, to determine if the eligibility criteria is met to approve the external learning request
• Actively participate in quality check (QC) of the deliverables required
• Responsible for weekly document retention of all approved requests and ad hoc report creation as directed by the Client
• Update Client application with all historical training and CPE processing requests.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or Equivalent Professional Accreditation.

                     Or

• Enrolled in final year of bachelor’s degree programme
• Little to no experience required
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
