Lab & Quality Control Manager

Grenada Distillers Limited is seeking a high performing individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and analytic skills, will be detailed oriented and innovative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System; specifically to assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of systems for compliance to the ISO Standard. 
• Continually review and analyze data and recommend changes to production processes or quality controls to address and eliminate problems and improve levels of quality with the goal of reducing production costs and improving overall product quality. 
• Implement practices, as needed, utilising quality management tools and monitor Staff to ensure the adherence to Good Laboratory Practices.
