The incumbent will be a part of Accounts Team and will be required to perform parts costing for the Group. They will also prepare and update Detention Deposit and Late Charges schedules
The Stewart's Automotive Group is seeking to hire a competent and qualified individual with a strong work ethic to fill the position of:
JUNIOR COSTING OFFICER
The key duties of this position are:
- Performing parts costing for Stewart’s Automotive Group (Stewart Industrial, Mitsubishi, Suzuki, Silver Star, JLR GWM, BYD and Honda Bike) with the goal of entering data accurately and in alignment with the Accounts Department Costing standards.
- Preparing/Updating Detention Deposit Schedules for Stewart’s Automotive Group (Stewart Industrial, Mitsubishi, Suzuki, Silver Star, JLR GWM, BYD and Honda Bike) (Daily).
- Consistently updating the Late Charges Schedule for Stewart’s Automotive Group (Stewart Industrial, Mitsubishi, Suzuki, Silver Star, JLR GWM, BYD and Honda Bike) (Daily).
COMPETENCIES, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
* A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, ACCA Level 2, or equivalent.
* A minimum of three years' of experience working in a similar role.
* Sound knowledge of Accounting and Costing principles.
* Excellent knowledge and experience with using Accounting software.
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications,
* Excellent written and oral skills.
