Position Overview:

· Provides patients with information in preparation for their surgery.

· Regularly follow up with booked and uncommitted clients.

· Interviews, obtains and verifies patient information via phone

· Accurately complete important administrative tasks as part of the concierge process

· Manage the appropriate follow up with both the in-center clinical team and the patient to ensure a great experience leading up to and through the procedure.

· Maintaining complete confidentiality in all patient matters in accordance with company policy

· Develop and maintain expert knowledge and understanding of surgical body sculpting & non-surgical cosmetic procedures

 

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required:

· Excellent customer service skills and with at least 1 year of experience.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills

· Natural ability to build relationships over the telephone.

· Passion for delivering great service.

· Good planning and organizational skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude.

· An outgoing and confident approach

· Work well with the Medical Staff and Center staff/Strong sense of teamwork

· Focusing on quality: having meaningful conversations with prospective patients and booking them for consultations

· Assisting with intake of patients and scheduling surgeries as needed

· Other ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

· Impeccable phone skills and professional demeanor

· Excellent verbal and written communication

· Ability to handle large volume of outbound calls and chats.

· Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies.

· Is a quick study: can immediately build rapport, assess the patient’s needs, and create a sense of urgency to drive action.

· Strong computer and typing skills.
