We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative who is motivated, enthusiastic, and sales oriented. We are passionate about people and performance excellence and put our customers at the center of everything we do. Join our diverse, in-house, team where you will feel valued and inspired to contribute your unique skills and experience.  Our Customer Care Team Lead will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of an Operations Team by executing supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. 

 

Your role will involve:

  • Work in conjunction with the sales team to increase revenue and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual goals
  • Inbound and outbound account management via email and phone
  • Attend weekly sales meetings reporting on accounts, price quotes, customer feedback, issues and potential needs
  • Proactively contact distributor partners to understand their needs and provide company tools to sell through our product offering
  • Respond to customer’s requests for pricing, availability & production times
  • Assist with quote preparations
  • Manage and resolve escalated customer service issues
  • Collaborate with customer service and operations as needed to ensure that client expectations are met
  • Work directly with graphic design teams to create effective product presentations

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to match client needs with product features and benefits
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational and time management skills
  • Decision-making, problem resolution and creative thinking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Oracle or other ERP System
  • Experience with SalesForce or other CRM system
  • Enthusiastic & Passionate about your job/career

In return, you will bring:

  • 4 High School passes (to include English Language and a Math related subject)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or College Coursework preferred.
  • Familiarization with computer applications such as MS Office suite
  • 1-2 years of Inside/Inbound sales or 2+ Contact Center Sales experience
  • Highly motivated to achieve your earning potential.
  • Ability to communicate effective using various mediums
  • Min 2+ years’ experience in a contact center environment.
  • High caliber of execution against targets and tasks
  • Must possess the ability to work accurately with numbers and data in a fast paced, productivity-oriented environment.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  •  Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations.
