Our client, in the supermarket industry with branches located throughout the East and West Corridor is looking for a Store Manager/Supermarket Industry
SALARY: $12,000.00
FUNCTIONS:
Plan, organize, direct and control the operations of the store. Ensure that employees comply with company policy in the procurement, storage and sale of merchandise. Ensure that employees provide quality customer service. control inventory levels to minimize over/under stocks within policy guidelines. Control level of damaged and spoiled products and ensure proper disposal in accordance with company policy.
Ensure accurate accounting measures taken and control costs. Ensure pricing competitive.
Responsible to ensure all equipment maintained to high standards.
Management, training and motivation of staff.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Business Management.
Computer proficiency in MS Office.
3+ years experience in managing a major supermarket.
