Core Functions
• Assist with training and support for staff and customers on the use of new technology and tools implemented to support the business objectives of Retail Banking Division, Treasury and Correspondent Banking Division and Corporate Banking Unit.
• Assist in the development of learning material (demos, eCourses, etc.) to support the training of staff in using new technologies implemented across the branch network.
• Provide support to business unit managers in documenting plans to implement new applications/technologies/procedures.
• Assist with the roll out of branch related initiatives by Retail Banking Division.
• Document any post implementation concerns identified during the user support process.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking, Business Administration, Accounting or any other related discipline.
• A minimum of three (3) years’ experience working in a Bank or a regulated financial services entity.
