JN Life Insurance Company Limited is seeking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced individual for the position of Assistant Manager- Operations and Customer Experience. The incumbent will focus on Managing the operational processes that are required for the smooth operations of the company, including supervision of the claims processes in conjunction with the established Claims Committee of the company and data protection activities necessary. In addition to Direct supervision of the Customer Experience Officers, ensuring that all customers have an “Elevated Customer Experience” in their interactions with JN Life.

General Duties
-Monitor the execution of operational policies and procedures for JN Life.
-Manage the maintenance of the facilities of JN Life and coordinate with stakeholders as necessary.
-Coordinate the implementation of new or revised policies and procedures.
-Create update and monitor Service Level Agreements
-Any other duty that may be assigned.
Claims Experience
-Supervise the claims processing team and the claims process for all JN Life claims and ensure settlements within a timely manner and within the specified guidelines.
Records Management
-Implement and manage the company’s records management system
-Develop and implement records management and information governance strategies in accordance with international standards and local legislative framework.
Procurement
-Coordinate the procurement of all goods and services, ensuring that the JN Group’s procurement guidelines are adhered to and financial prudence is maintained.
-Oversee the preparation of tender and other related documents to procure service providers.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
-Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Operations Management
-Certification in Ordinary Long-Term Business (OLT)
-Managerial Experience including people management
-Experience in the Life Insurance Industry
