Duties

• Screen, verify and validate various types of forex outward payment, information and supporting references, local and foreign via internal checklist systems to ensure all required fields are completed and accurate following the Bank’s policies and procedures.
• Conduct data input in core banking system ensuring accuracy of information.
• Perform sanction screening and transaction monitoring in accordance to internal rules and regulations, escalate and relate to relevant parties for further action when suspicious hit is found
• Verify submitted documents and alert manager if there is any missing or invalid information to fully comply to the Bank’s policies and procedures and prevent from any reputational or financial loss.
• Perform day end reconciliation and ensure all transactions are completed on time without omission
• Reporting
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

Skills and Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting or Finance Field
• Demonstrated initiative ideas and ability to propose such ideas for better improvement of the operations.
• Strong dedication to details and accuracy.
• Good flexibility, interpersonal, teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office
• Good math skills and ability to spot numerical errors.
• Basic understanding of banking operations.
