To take care of the Insurance needs of the direct client by providing and delivering professional, helpful and high-quality service. Specifically, the AutoSMART Business Unit.
Handle calls/queries from direct customers regarding underwriting matters
Follow-up direct renewals and policieswithin agreed time frame
Quote on all motor new business
Process all direct motor/property new business transactions in accordance with the established protocol
To prepare letter of outstanding documents/cancellation/rescinding/commissioner of police
To update policies for renewal on a monthly basis
To assist with the dispatching of certificates and endorsements to direct clients
Any other duties assigned
Qualification & Experience Required
First degree / Associate degree and/or Jamaica Insurance Diploma
FSC Registration
Minimum three (3) years' experience in the General Insurance Industry .
Specific Skills or Competences Required
Good inter-personal skills
Excellent communication skills
Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
